Accurate LC Meter Kit with Green Backlight LCD + free Enclosure
Build this LC Meter and start making your own coils and inductors. This LC Meter allows to measure incredibly small inductances making it perfect tool for making all types of RF coils. LC Meter can measure inductances starting from 10nH - 1000nH, 1uH - 1000uH, 1mH - 100mH and capacitances from 0.1pF up to 900nF. The circuit includes an auto ranging and zeroing switch to make sure the readings are as accurate as possible.
For a limited time this LC Meter Kit includes a free generic box. Box dimensions are 3.6" L x 2.3" W x 1" H (5.5 cm x 9 cm x 2.5 cm). If you prefer to have LCD with green or blue backlight please contact us and we will change it for you.

DS18S20 PIC Dual Temperature Meter (Parts)
This package includes all components (except PCB) that are needed to build PIC Temperature meter with 2x16 backlighted LCD display and two DS18S20 digital temperature sensors. Meter can display both Celsius and Fahrenheit values (together or individually) and is capable of measuring temperatures from -55 to 127 degrees Celsius (-67 to 260 degrees Fahrenheit). An excellent feature of this temperature meter is that it can measure temperatures remotely. DS18S20 sensors can be placed many meters away from the main circuit because they send the temperature readings as data, just over a two wire cable. DS18S20 sensors require no calibration at all, which means that all temperature readings are 100% accurate out of the box. PIC Dual Temperature Meter includes 6 display modes for arranging temperature information on LCD display to your own preference. Simply press and hold Display Mode tactile button for one second to switch to the next display mode. Display mode is automatically saved in non-volatile EEPROM memory so meter will remember selected mode even after the power supply is disconnected.

BA1404 HI-FI Stereo FM Transmitter - Parts (no PCB)
Be "On Air" with your own radio station! BA1404 based transmitter is an exciting product that will broadcast a high quality stereo signal in the 88 οΏ½ 100MHz FM band. It can be connected to any type of stereo audio source such as personal computer, CD player, Walkman, television, tape deck or stereo system to transmit stereo sound with excellent clarity throughout your home, office, yard or camp ground.
It can also be used in a car to play CDs through your car radio when attached to a personal CD player. Other applications could be listening to a satellite radio station through any FM radio. In addition, it can be connected to your personal computer or laptop to enable listening to Internet radio stations or pre-recorded digital music (such as MP3 files).
The circuit is based on the popular BA1404 stereo broadcaster IC which contains all the complex circuitry for generating the stereo FM signal. A 38 KHz crystal provides a stable sub-carrier for the stereo signal. The oscillator circuit is stable enough for reliable reception even on digitally tuned FM radios.

TDA7000 FM Receiver (Project Parts)
This simple one chip FM receiver / TV tuner will allow you to receive frequencies from 70 up to 120MHz. With this small receiver it is possible to pick up TV stations, entire 88 - 108MHz FM band, aircraft conversation and many other private transmissions. It is a perfect companion to any FM Transmitter especially if FM band in your area is very crowded. TDA7000 receiver offers very good sensitivity therefore it will even allow you to pickup weaker signals that cannot be heard on conventional FM receivers. A neat feature of presented TDA7000 FM receiver is a voltage controlled oscillator similar to TV tuners that are used in television sets. Frequency is tuned by varying the input voltage to the oscillator. The advantage of this type of oscillator is that you can use regular 100K potentiometer to precisely tune to a given broadcast. Tuning can be performed much quicker and precisely than by using a trimmer (variable capacitor). Trimmers will also shift the frequency as you touch them where potentiometer will not. Trimmer also needs to be placed on receiver's PCB to minimize the stray capacitance where potentiometer can be conveniently placed anywhere you want because it will not be affected by any external capacitance.

Dual Channel 70V PIC Voltmeter (Parts)
PIC voltmeter can measure 0-70V voltage providing excellent reading accuracy and resolution. It has two input channels for measuring two voltage sources at the same time. PIC voltmeter project uses PIC16F876 microcontroller with built-in ADC (Analog to Digital Converter) and 2x16 backlighted LCD display. Circuit design uses very few components and may be mounted on a small PCB.
This project comes with the parts required to build Dual Channel 70V PIC Voltmeter. Voltmeter can also measure AC voltage if you add a rectifier diode to the input. Special requests can be accepted if you need to measure voltage that is higher than 70V.
